1.1 This advertisers agreement ("the Agreement") is made between www.noagentsfees.com (www.noagentsfees.com "We") and the Advertiser ("You").

1.2 By entering into this agreement you are confirming you have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

1.3 You agree to www.noagentsfees.com publishing your advert details on our web site and the web sites of our partners.

2. Your Responsibilities

2.1 You have the legal right to sell or rent the property.

2.2 The description you supply is true and accurate and not misleading. www.noagentsfees.com does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of the information supplied and cannot be held liable.

2.3 You will pay the full advert fee before the advert will be published.

2.4 You have obtained permission from the owner of any photographs used in the advert. www.noagentsfees.com will not be held liable for breach of copyright.

2.5 If you have a contract with an Estate Agent, you have independently checked your contract with regards to the terms and conditions that you must pay the Estate Agents commission. If later it is found that you are legally bound to pay the Estate Agents commission, www.noagentsfees.com will not be liable.

2.6 Only one property may appear in each advert.

2.7You will set your own selling price or rental price.

2.8 You will arrange and conduct viewings for the advertised property. (Tips on Security Allowing People to View your property)

2.9 You will inform www.noagentsfees.com once the advertised property is sold or rented.

2.10The property advertised is a private advert and not for business except for rentals or businesses.

3. www.noagentsfees.com Responsibility

3.1 We will re-advertise your property on our partner websites within 5 working days. Publication on partner sites maybe subject to alteration or cancellation according to changes in service imposed on us by those partner sites. As such we cannot guarantee unlimited publication on these sites.

3.2 Services that fall under the until sold option will be reviewed after 24 months has passed from the date the service was purchased. After which www.noagentsfees.com will have the right to discontinue the advert which includes the re-advertising on partner sites. But you will be informed by email and will have the right to continue using our services should the house or business has not been sold. Rentals will continue on a publish and pay.

3.4 Services that fall under the until let option have purchased a slot for 1 year from the date of purchase, after which the advert will expire which includes the re-advertising on partner sites.

3.5 We will, to the best of our efforts, ensure that the www.noagentsfees.com web site is available at all times. We reserve the right to take the site ‘off-line’ without prior notice for essential maintenance and upgrades.

4. Refunds

4.1 You may cancel this contract by informing www.noagentsfees.com by email within 24 hours of placing the advert.

4.2 No refund will be made after 24 hours or after you have received an enquiry in your account, whichever is first.

4.3 Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the value of advertising fee received

4.4 This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
